Refund Eligibility

At Nexbyte, we strive to provide the best service possible. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

24-Hour Refund Window

You are eligible for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase
  • The purchased key has NOT been used or activated
  • The key has NOT been redeemed in any way

⚠️ Important: Once a key is used or activated, it becomes non-refundable, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 24 hours have passed since purchase
  • The key has been used, activated, or redeemed
  • The key has been shared with others
  • Account suspension or ban due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Change of mind after key activation
  • Technical issues on the user's end (incompatible system, etc.)
  • Roblox updates that temporarily affect functionality

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase
  2. Provide your order ID and account email
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Wait for our team to verify that the key has not been used

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
  • The unused key will be deactivated and removed from your account
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Lifetime Keys

Lifetime keys follow the same refund policy as other products. The 24-hour unused key rule applies to all product types.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent ban from our services
  • Legal action if fraud is suspected

Please contact us first to resolve any payment disputes.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances. Such exceptions are at our sole discretion.
